When Are
Payments Processed?

Payments are processed approximately 4–6 weeks after the End Date listed on the Pay Statement/Invoice.

For example, an invoice dated May 16 would be processed on June 30. Once processing begins, funds typically arrive in your bank account within 2–4 business days, depending on your financial institution.

How Do I Check
My Payment Status?

There are two ways to check the status of your payment, depending on which platform you use:

ShopMetrics Shoppers: Log into our ShopMetrics site and submit your request from the My Pay page.

Gigspot Shoppers: Use the Gigspot form in the section below to submit your payment inquiry.

To check your payment status:

  1. Log into the ShopMetrics site at https://admin.sentryinsights.com
  2. Click on the My Pay link
  3. Select the pay statement number from the drop-down in the Submit A Ticket section
  4. Click SUBMIT to send your inquiry to us

To find your Pay Statement/Invoice Number in Gigspot:

  1. Click on the My Pay button in Gigspot
  2. Find and click on Sentry Insights
  3. Open/download the Pay Statement you want to check
  4. Use the form below to submit your inquiry
